Refund policy

Edblad NZ is dedicated to providing quality products and service to our customers. We hope you will like what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

We are happy to accept exchanges for the following scenarios:

  • Online purchases may be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging (including product tags) within 7 days of purchase 
  • Gifts that are not suitable (exchangeable within set time-frame outlined on exchange card)
  • Items that vary from their description on this website
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please email the exchange details to info@edblad.co.nz. They can be returned to one of two of our stores. Dyrberg/Kern Merivale Mall Christchurch OR Dyrberg/Kern 1 Grey St Wellington. Or they can be returned  to us via tracked courier in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Product/s MUST be in the original condition and exchanged within 14 days of purchase. You must have a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase to exchange the product/s. Sale items cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our quality control team does their very best to ensure the product/s you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product please email  info@edblad.co.nz to request an exchange or store credit. Then return the product/s to us in store or via courier to the below address.  Please note this process can take several weeks.
